We had a great Xmas stay at this family-friendly hotel. The spacious rooms were very well equipped, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the easy access to skiing. It was also nice to have bikes available for exploring the area.
While the staff was friendly and attentive, the dinner service was a bit too slow for our liking, and we found the pool area to be overcrowded during peak times. , the spa area could have been open longer in the evenings.

Run by a very charming and helpful couple (Eng,It,Ger spoken) the hotel is very convenient for skiing and/or trips into the mountains. The rooms were spotless, the bed large and comfortable. Kitchenette contained everything necessary. Breakfast and tea&cakes fine. Recommended!

The quick and helpful service. Even long after checkout we were offered food, and a personal ride to the train station.
The Internet connection was not very convenient. Too often I was forced to log out and then back in again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel near the Kronplatz area for a skiing holiday. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the ski slopes. The hotel provided a skibus that ran every 10 minutes, making it incredibly easy and convenient to get to the slopes. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and dry cleaning available. The staff were always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. The facilities were fantastic, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa area for adults only. The hotel also had a roof-top pool with stunning views of the Kronplatz area. the comfort and quality of this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Old-fashioned hotel, towels, bath curtain is not nor has head shower. No heat even though it was cold 9 degrees, blankets and sheets were small unpleasant to the touch, old and broken furniture (a wardrobe falling apart). The price does not justify the place.

I had an incredible winter getaway in a hotel nestled in the Kronplatz area. It was a convenient location with ski slopes just a stone's throw away. the hotel staff was hospitable, and I loved the comfortable room and relaxing bathroom. I enjoyed the most delicious breakfast with an extensive wine selection. the hotel also offered free bikes and indoor/outdoor pools – perfect for unwinding.
There was some room for improvement with the internet connection. Although minor, it proved to be inconvenient.

The breakfast was beyond amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Could not be improved in any way.
